Bob retired from the U.S. Navy Submarine Force in 1997 and started selling cars at a local dealer. In 2002 he became the General Sales Manager and won the Presidents Award for customer satisfaction 3 of the last 4 years. Bob joined Outten County Chrysler in March of 2009. His years of experience and focus on customer satisfaction will help us continue to be the leader in sales and service.
Kris joined us in 2000 as a member of our sales team. He has developed years of relationships and customer loyalty. His promotion to Sales Manager in 2005 has moved Outten County Chrysler to elite standings in sales and customer satisfaction. Kris strives to consistently meet the individual needs of our staff and customers.
Walt joined our team in 2001 and quickly got promoted to Sales Manager in 2002. His dedication to customer satisfaction and knowledge of the Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep product helped us earn the honors of Five Star and the number one dealership in the northeast. I've been in the industry for over 36 years and spent the last 30 of them here at Outten County Chrysler and I love it. Dave joined our sales team in 1998 and rapidly moved up in our organization. In 1999 Dave was promoted to Business Manager. Dave proved his dedication to customer satisfaction and loyalty through the years by giving each customer individual attention and focused on exceeding their expectations. This high level of customer care earned him the elite standing of Finance Manager of the Year.
Robert joined our staff with over a year of automotive
experience. He brings his knowledge of multiple vehicle lines and has come to
appreciate the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram product. Robert has recently been promoted to Sub Prime Sales Manager.

Sales Professional of the Month for five consecutive months. In his spare time, he enjoys playing
basketball, playing various other sports, and hitting the gym.

Shawn joined the team in July of 2014 brining 15 years of customer service and marketing experience to the auto industry. He enjoys spending time with this fiancé and their 3 dogs (kids). He also likes working out and shooting pool for the APA.
Tyler is originally from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. He is new to the Outten family, but has been in the car business for 5 years. In his spare time, he likes to work out and spend time with his family. He is a big sports fan.

I have been in the automotive business for 20 years, working in various realms. I have been in sales, financing, service advisor, service manager, and now as a parts advisor. I joined the Outten team in 2003. My goal as a parts advisor is to meet and/or exceed your expectations when you are dealing with purchasing parts and accessories at Outten Chrysler.
Tom has worked in the automotive business for 22 years, joining the Outten team in 1992. Tom wants to provide the best customer service possible to all of his customers. James joined the Outten Motors team in 2006 as our courtesy shuttle driver. James enjoys assisting customers in transporting them to wherever they may need to go while your vehicle is being serviced. He looks forward to meeting you during your next shuttle ride!
I have been in the automotive business for 27 years and joined the Outten team in 2004. My goal as an office manager is to promote a positive attitude with open communication, which leads to success for the entire team. We as an Outten team try to provide the best experience we can for our customers.
Jackie joined the Outten team in 2010 as our Customer Service Representative, making sure that the customer is completely satisfied with their experience at Outten Motors. Jackie moved up to become our Title Clerk in early 2014.
Lynn has been in the automotive industry for over 11 years. She joined the Outten Motors team in 2004 and works as a receptionist and manages the accounts payable/receivable at Outten Motors.
